सर्वावयवसम्पूर्णान्सर्वशास्त्रविशारदान् । वेदाभ्यासरतान्नित्यं स्वदारनिरतान्सदा

sarvāvayavasampūrṇānsarvaśāstraviśāradān | vedābhyāsaratānnityaṃ svadāraniratānsadā

พึงคัดเลือกพราหมณ์ผู้สมบูรณ์ด้วยอวัยวะทุกส่วน เชี่ยวชาญในศาสตราทั้งปวง ขยันสาธยายพระเวทเป็นนิตย์ และซื่อสัตย์มั่นคงต่อภรรยาชอบธรรมของตนเสมอ
