अ॒स्माक॒मिन्द्र॒: समृ॑तेषु ध्व॒जेष्व॒स्माकं॒ या इष॑व॒स्ता ज॑यन्तु । अ॒स्माकं॑ वी॒रा उत्त॑रे भवन्त्व॒स्माँ२ उ॑ देवा अवता॒ हवे॑षु

Transliteration

asmā́kam índraḥ samṛ́teṣu dhvajéṣv asmā́kaṃ yā́ íṣavas tā́ jáyantu | asmā́kaṃ vīrā́ úttare bhavantu asmā́n u devā avata hā́veṣu

Translation

In the close encounters, at the standards, may Indra be ours; may those missiles that are ours prevail. May our heroes prove the better; and do ye, O Gods, protect us in our calls for aid.
