यत्परं यत्पवित्रं च यत्पुण्यं यच्च मंगलम् । तत्तदाह महाभागास्तयोस्तेजोविजृंभितम्
yatparaṃ yatpavitraṃ ca yatpuṇyaṃ yacca maṃgalam | tattadāha mahābhāgāstayostejovijṛṃbhitam
สิ่งใดเป็นยอดยิ่ง สิ่งใดชำระให้บริสุทธิ์ สิ่งใดเป็นบุญกุศล และสิ่งใดเป็นมงคล—บรรดาฤๅษีผู้ประเสริฐประกาศว่า ทั้งหมดนั้นคือการแผ่ขยายแห่งรัศมีรุ่งโรจน์ที่บังเกิดจากสองภาวะทิพย์ร่วมกัน.

Significance: The verse frames auspiciousness (maṅgala), purity, and merit as arising from the joint tejas of Śiva-Śakti; pilgrimage and worship are thereby construed as participation in that grace-bestowing radiance.

It identifies the highest good—supreme purity, merit, and auspiciousness—as the manifested divine radiance (tejas) arising from the unified reality of Shiva with Shakti, pointing the seeker toward liberation through recognizing that source.
The Linga is revered as the visible sign of Shiva’s limitless light (jyoti/tejas); this verse supports Saguna worship by teaching that auspiciousness and purification are accessed through contemplating and honoring Shiva’s radiant presence together with Shakti.
Meditate on Shiva-Shakti as radiant tejas—ideally with japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and inner visualization of purifying light—treating the practice as both sanctifying (pavitra) and merit-giving (puṇya).
