It affirms the Shaiva view that the Supreme Reality is Shiva (Puruṣa/Parameśāna) inseparable from His power (Prakṛti/Parameśvarī), and that realizing this unity leads the bound soul (paśu) toward liberation under the grace of Pati.
It supports Saguna worship by identifying Rudra as Mahādeva “in person,” making Linga-pūjā and devotion to Shiva meaningful as direct worship of the Supreme, together with reverence for Rudrāṇī/Śakti as His manifest power.
Meditate on Shiva–Shakti as one reality while chanting the Panchakshara ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya"), and perform Linga worship with the understanding that Rudra (consciousness) and Rudrāṇī (power) are inseparable.
