ब्रह्माणी ब्रह्मणः प्रोक्ता चेन्द्रस्यैंद्रीति कथ्यते । किमत्र बहुनोक्तेन यद्विश्वमिति कीर्तितम्

It teaches that the many divine powers named in the gods are expressions of one all-pervading Śakti; seeing the universe as Śakti leads the seeker from multiplicity toward the Shaiva understanding of the Supreme (Pati) and His Power.
In Linga worship, the devotee honors Shiva as the transcendent Lord (Pati) while recognizing the manifest world as His Śakti; this verse supports that Saguna forms and cosmic functions are unified in the Shiva–Śakti principle.
A practical takeaway is Śiva–Śakti tattva-dhyāna during japa: while repeating the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), contemplate that all names and powers in the cosmos are one Śakti resting in and radiating from Shiva.
