ध्यानप्रकारनिर्णयः / Determination of the Modes of Meditation

on Śrīkaṇṭha-Śiva

तमसो ऽन्तबहिर्नाशः प्रशान्तिः परिगीयते । बहिरन्तःप्रकाशो यो दीप्तिरित्यभिधीयते

tamaso 'ntabahirnāśaḥ praśāntiḥ parigīyate | bahirantaḥprakāśo yo dīptirityabhidhīyate

การดับสิ้นแห่งความมืดทั้งภายในและภายนอก ยกย่องว่าเป็น “ประศานติ” ส่วนแสงที่ส่องให้ปรากฏทั้งโลกภายนอกและอาตมันภายใน เรียกว่า “ทีปติ”.
