जगद्व्यापारमुद्दिश्य जग्मतुर्देवपुंगवौ । ततः प्रभृति शक्राद्याः सर्व एव सुरासुराः
jagadvyāpāramuddiśya jagmaturdevapuṃgavau | tataḥ prabhṛti śakrādyāḥ sarva eva surāsurāḥ
ด้วยมุ่งหมายเพื่อความผาสุกและการธำรงระเบียบแห่งโลก เทวปุงควะทั้งสองจึงออกเดินทางไป นับแต่นั้นเป็นต้นมา แม้พระอินทร์เป็นต้น ตลอดทั้งเทวะและอสูรทั้งปวง ก็ล้วนดำเนินไปตามควรแก่หน้าที่นั้น

Though the verse speaks of cosmic administration, Shaiva Siddhanta reads such order as grounded in Śiva’s lordship; Linga-worship centers the devotee on that sovereign reality (Pati) from whom the harmony of devas and worlds derives.
A practical takeaway is to stabilize one’s own “inner governance” through japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and mindful observance of dharma, aligning personal action with the cosmic order described.
