เมื่อเพ่งภาวนาแด่พระเทวีผู้ตัดบ่วงพันธะ (ปาศะ) โดยแท้ และผู้มีสภาวะเป็น สัต-จิต-อานันทะ พร้อมทั้งเพ่งภาวนาแด่พระเทพและพระเทวีดังนี้แล้ว พึงนั่งบนอาสนะอันประเสริฐเป็นมงคลเพื่อเจริญสมาธิ
