अनुग्रह-स्वातन्त्र्य-प्रमाणविचारः | Inquiry into Pramāṇa, Divine Autonomy, and Grace
यथाग्निमानयेत्युक्ते ज्वलत्काष्ठादृते स्वयम् । नाग्निरानीयते तद्वत्पूज्यो मूर्त्यात्मना शिवः
yathāgnimānayetyukte jvalatkāṣṭhādṛte svayam | nāgnirānīyate tadvatpūjyo mūrtyātmanā śivaḥ
เมื่อถูกสั่งว่า “จงนำไฟมา” ไฟย่อมไม่อาจถูกนำมาโดยลำพัง หากปราศจากท่อนไม้ที่กำลังลุกไหม้ ฉันใด พระศิวะ—แม้โดยแท้เป็นนิรคุณ—ก็พึงบูชาในมูรติอันปรากฏ เพื่อหนทางแห่งภักติและการรู้แจ้ง ฉันนั้น
