तुष्टुवुश्च महाभक्त्या देवीस्तास्सकलास्सुराः । नानाविधाभिर्वाग्भिस्ते ब्रह्माद्या नतमस्तकाः
tuṣṭuvuśca mahābhaktyā devīstāssakalāssurāḥ | nānāvidhābhirvāgbhiste brahmādyā natamastakāḥ

It highlights bhakti and humility as divine virtues: even Brahmā and the devas bow and offer stuti, showing that reverent surrender is central to grace in the Shaiva worldview.
The verse models saguna-upāsanā through praise (stuti) and namaskāra; in Shaiva practice, the same devotional attitude is directed to Śiva as Liṅga and to Śakti as inseparable from Śiva.
Daily stotra-pāṭha with bowed-head namaskāra—optionally alongside japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya)—as a simple bhakti discipline.
