มีการประกาศว่า มาตรฐานของดอกชาตี (มะลิ) คือหนึ่งลักษะ โดยนับเป็นสิบเอ็ดปรัสถะ ดอกยูถิกาก็มีมาตรฐานเช่นเดียวกัน ส่วนดอกราชิกามีเพียงครึ่งหนึ่งของนั้น
