It teaches that inner meditation (dhyāna) joined with a sincere intention placed in the heart becomes fruitful through divine grace; when Śivā (the Lord’s Śakti) is pleased, obstacles are removed and actions reach completion.
In Shaiva practice, Saguna worship includes honoring Śiva together with His inseparable Śakti; meditation on Śivā supports Linga-worship by emphasizing that the Lord’s power (śakti) is the operative grace through which results manifest.
Perform heart-centered dhyāna on Śivā with a clear sankalpa (intention); this can be paired with japa of the Panchākṣarī mantra ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") and simple devotional worship to seek prasāda (grace).
