मेनायाः क्रोध-विलापः — Menā’s Lament and Reproach
to the Sage
ब्रह्मोवाच । इत्युक्त्वा तैस्ततो मेना मुनिवाक्यं मृषाकरोत् । प्रत्युवाच च रुष्टा सा तानृषीञ्ज्ञानदुर्बला
brahmovāca | ityuktvā taistato menā munivākyaṃ mṛṣākarot | pratyuvāca ca ruṣṭā sā tānṛṣīñjñānadurbalā
พระพรหมตรัสว่า—เมื่อพวกเขากล่าวดังนั้นแล้ว เมนาได้ปฏิเสธถ้อยคำของเหล่ามุนีว่าเป็นเท็จ จากนั้นนางถูกความโกรธครอบงำ อ่อนกำลังในปัญญาแท้จริง แล้วจึงโต้ตอบเหล่าฤๅษีเหล่านั้น
