The verse highlights how the presence of Śiva’s Śakti (Pārvatī) naturally generates ānanda (spiritual bliss) and inspires humble surrender (repeated namaskāra) and stuti—core expressions of bhakti that prepare the soul (paśu) to receive divine grace.
In Shaiva tradition, Saguna worship honors Śiva together with Śakti. The gods’ repeated prostration and praise to Pārvatī reflects the devotional attitude that also underlies Liṅga-pūjā—approaching the Divine with reverence, praise, and receptivity to grace rather than mere ritual formality.
A practical takeaway is to perform repeated namaskāra (prostrations) and stotra-pāṭha (recitation of hymns) with focused devotion; as a Shaiva practice, one may pair this mood with japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” before or after worship.
