अध धारया मध्वा पृचानस्तिरो रोम पवते अद्रिदुग्धः । इन्दुरिन्द्रस्य सख्यं जुषाणो देवो देवस्य मत्सरो मदाय ॥

Transliteration

ádha dhā́rayā mádhvā pṛcānás tiró róma pavate ádri-dugdhaḥ | índur índrasya sakhyáṃ juṣāṇó devó devásya matsaró mádāya ||

Translation

แล้วเขาก็ผสานกับธารแห่งความรื่นรมย์ดุจน้ำผึ้ง ไหลผ่านขน (ผ้าขนแกะสำหรับกรอง) —ดุจน้ำนมที่ถูกรีดจากศิลากดคั้น หยดสว่าง (Indu) ยอมรับมิตรภาพของอินทรา (Indra); เทพผู้เป็นความปีติของเทพ กลายเป็นความมึนเมาอันเร้าเร่งเพื่อความเริงร่าอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์.
