अत्यूर्मिर्मत्सरो मदः सोमः पवित्रे अर्षति । विघ्नन्रक्षांसि देवयुः ॥
Transliteration
atyū́rmir matsaró mádaḥ sómaḥ pavítre arṣati | vi-ghnán rakṣā́ṃsi deva-yúḥ ||
Translation
โสมะเป็นคลื่นอันเอ่อล้นแห่งความปีติและความรื่นรมย์ ไหลผ่านเครื่องกรองชำระ; เขาฟาดฟันให้พลังอันมืดมนและศัตรูแตกสลาย เพราะเขาโหยหาสู่เหล่าเทพ สู่ชีวิตอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์.
