अयं दक्षाय साधनोऽयं शर्धाय वीतये । अयं देवेभ्यो मधुमत्तमः सुतः ॥
Transliteration
ayáṃ dákṣāya sā́dhano ’yáṃ śárdhāya vītáye | ayáṃ devébhyo mádhumattamaḥ sutáḥ ||
Translation
โสมนี้เป็นผู้บรรลุให้เกิดทักษะ-ปัญญา (dakṣa) นี้เพื่อหมู่คณะ (śardha) ให้ได้เสวยและรับไว้โดยชอบธรรม โสมนี้เมื่อคั้นแล้ว เป็นของทวยเทพที่หวานดุจน้ำผึ้งยิ่งที่สุด—หนาแน่นด้วยความหวานและความปีติยิ่งนัก
