महे शुल्काय वरुणस्य नु त्विष ओजो मिमाते ध्रुवमस्य यत्स्वम् । अजामिमन्यः श्नथयन्तमातिरद्दभ्रेभिरन्यः प्र वृणोति भूयसः ॥
mahé śulkā́ya váruṇasya nú tvíṣe ójo mimāte dhrúvam asya yát svám | ájāmim anyáḥ śnatháyantam ā́tirad dabhrebhír anyáḥ prá vṛṇoti bhū́yasaḥ ||
บัดนี้ เพื่อรัศมีอันยิ่งใหญ่ของวรุณะ พลังอันมั่นคงซึ่งเป็นของตนแท้ของท่าน ย่อมวัดตนและแผ่ตนออกในความสว่างไสว อีกองค์หนึ่งฟาดฟันผู้ไม่ยอมสยบให้ล้มลง และอีกองค์หนึ่งเลือกเอาความเพิ่มพูนที่ยิ่งใหญ่กว่า จากสิ่งอันน้อยนิด.
