Sukta 7.34
अनु तदुर्वी रोदसी जिहातामनु द्युक्षो वरुण इन्द्रसखा । अनु विश्वे मरुतो ये सहासो रायः स्याम धरुणं धियध्यै ॥
ánu tád urvī́ rodasī jihātām ánu dyúkṣo váruṇa índrasakhā | ánu víśve marúto yé sahā́so rāyáḥ syāma dharúṇaṃ dhiyádhyai ||
ขอให้ตามความพร้อมเพรียงนั้น โลกทั้งสองอันกว้างใหญ่—ฟ้าและดิน—เปิดทางและยอมให้แก่เรา; ขอให้ตามความพร้อมเพรียงนั้น วรุณะ (Varuṇa) ผู้ส่องประกาย ผู้เป็นสหายของอินทระ (Indra) ดำเนินตามเรา. ขอให้ตามความพร้อมเพรียงนั้น มรุต (Maruts) ทั้งปวง ผู้ทรงพลัง ผู้เกื้อหนุนอันกล้าแกร่ง เคลื่อนไปพร้อมกับเรา—เพื่อเราจะได้ครอบครองความอุดมสมบูรณ์ เป็นหลักมั่นคงให้ธิ (dhī) คือความคิดศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เจริญงอกงาม.
