सुत इत्त्वं निमिश्ल इन्द्र सोमे स्तोमे ब्रह्मणि शस्यमान उक्थे । यद्वा युक्ताभ्यां मघवन्हरिभ्यां बिभ्रद्वज्रं बाह्वोरिन्द्र यासि ॥

Transliteration

sutá ít tvaṃ ní-miśla indra sóme stóme bráhmaṇi śasyámāna ukthé | yád vā yuktā́bhyāṃ maghavan háribhyāṃ bíbhra(d) vájraṃ bāhvór indra yā́si ||

Translation

เมื่อโสมะถูกคั้นแล้ว เมื่อนั้นท่านย่อมตื่นรู้และเพ่งพินิจทั้งสิ้น โอ้อินทระ—ได้รับการสรรเสริญในบทขับร้อง ในพรหมัน (brahman) และในสรรเสริญที่เปล่งออก (uktha) หรืออีกนัยหนึ่ง โอ้ผู้เอื้อเฟื้อ เมื่อท่านเทียมม้าสีเหลืองน้ำตาลทั้งสอง—หริ (Hari)—และแบกวัชระ (vajra) ไว้ที่ท่อนแขน โอ้อินทระ ท่านย่อมเสด็จมา
