अच्छा वद तवसं गीर्भिराभिः स्तुहि पर्जन्यं नमसा विवास । कनिक्रदद्वृषभो जीरदानू रेतो दधात्योषधीषु गर्भम् ॥
áchā vada tavásaṃ gī́rbhir ābhíḥ stuhí parjányam namasā́ vivāsa | kánikradad vṛṣabhó jī́radānū réto dadhāty óṣadhīṣu gárbham ||
ด้วยบทเพลงดลใจเหล่านี้ จงกล่าวต่อผู้ทรงฤทธิ์; จงสรรเสริญปัรชัญญะ (Parjanya) ด้วยนมัสการ และเชื้อเชิญให้เสด็จมาใกล้. เมื่อคำรามกึกก้อง ดุจโคผู้เป็นพลังอันให้ไว เขาวางเมล็ดแห่งชีวิตไว้ในหมู่สมุนไพร—ครรภ์แห่งการงอกงามที่ซ่อนเร้นในธรรมชาติแห่งแผ่นดิน.
