The Slaying of Indrajit
सौरेणास्त्रणतवदीरोलक्ष्मणःपर्यवारयत् ।अस्त्रंनिवारितंदृष्टवारावणिःक्रोथमूर्छितः ।।।।आददेनिशितंबाणमासुरंशत्रुदारुणम् ।
saureṇāstreṇa tad vīro lakṣmaṇaḥ paryavārayat |
astraṃ nivāritaṃ dṛṣṭvā rāvaṇiḥ krodhamūrcchitaḥ ||
ādade niśitaṃ bāṇam āsuraṃ śatrudāruṇam ||6.91.59||
ครั้นแล้ววีรบุรุษพระลักษมณ์ก็สกัดกั้นด้วยอัสตราแห่งพระสุริยะ เมื่อเห็นอัสตราของตนถูกขวางไว้ ราวณิ (อินทรชิต) ก็คลุ้มคลั่งด้วยโทสะ แล้วหยิบศรอสูรอันคมกริบ ซึ่งน่าสะพรึงต่อศัตรูทั้งหลาย
