The Slaying of Indrajit
तेनतद्विहतंशस्त्रंवारुणंपरमाद्भुतम् ।।।।ततःक्रुद्धोमहातेजाइन्द्रजित्समितिञ्जयः ।आग्नेयंसन्दधेदीप्तं स लोकंसङ्क्षिपन्निव ।।।।
tena tad vihataṃ śastraṃ vāruṇaṃ paramādbhutam | tataḥ kruddho mahātejā indrajit samitiñjayaḥ | āgneyaṃ sandadhe dīptaṃ sa lokaṃ saṅkṣipann iva ||
ด้วยอาวุธนั้น อัสตราพระวรุณอันน่าอัศจรรย์ก็ถูกทำลายจนสิ้นฤทธิ์ ครั้นแล้วอินทรชิต ผู้โกรธเกรี้ยว เปล่งรัศมีมหาเดช ผู้ชนะศึก จึงประกอบอัสตราแห่งพระอัคนีอันลุกโชติช่วง ราวกับจะเผาผลาญโลกทั้งปวงให้มอดไหม้
