मकराक्षवधः
The Slaying of Makarākṣa
सच्छन्नोनैकथाशूलोदिव्यहाटकमण्डितः ।।।।व्यशीर्यतमहोल्केवरामबाणार्दितोभुवि ।
sacchanno naikathā śūlo divya-hāṭaka-maṇḍitaḥ | vyaśīryata maholkeva rāma-bāṇārdito bhuvi ||
เมื่อถูกศรของพระรามกระหน่ำ หอกนั้นซึ่งประดับด้วยทองทิพย์ก็แตกกระจายเป็นหลายชิ้น ตกลงสู่พื้นดินดุจท่อนไม้เพลิงใหญ่ที่แตกออก
That pike, which was decorated with gold, broke into pieces, and fell down like fire sticks by the many supreme arrows of Rama.
