The Appearance of Kumbhakarna and the Account of His Might
ध्रुवंलोकविनाशायपौलस्त्येनासिनिर्मितः ।तस्मात्त्वमद्यप्रभृतिमृतकल्पःशयिष्यसे ।।6.61.24।।
dhruvaṁ loka-vināśāya paulastyenāsi nirmitaḥ | tasmāt tvam adya-prabhṛti mṛta-kalpaḥ śayiṣyase ||
แน่แท้แล้ว เปาลัสตยะได้สร้างเจ้าขึ้นเพื่อความพินาศแห่งโลก; เพราะฉะนั้นตั้งแต่วันนี้เป็นต้นไป เจ้าจักนอนหลับดุจผู้ตาย
"Surely you are begotten by Paulastya for the destruction of the universe. Therefore, remain sleeping like a dead one from today, ' said Brahma and cursed him."
