अयोमुखी-दर्शनम् तथा कबन्ध-प्रवेशः
Ayomukhi Encounter and the ظهور of Kabandha
तस्य तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा कबन्धस्य दुरात्मनः।।।।उवाच लक्ष्मणं रामो मुखेन परिशुष्यता।
tasya tadvacanaṃ śrutvā kabandhasya durātmanaḥ |
uvāca lakṣmaṇaṃ rāmo mukhena pariśuṣyatā ||
ครั้นได้ยินวาจาของกบันธะผู้มีจิตชั่วนั้น พระราม—โอษฐ์แห้งผาก—จึงตรัสแก่พระลักษมณ์
On hearing the words of the evil-minded Kabandha, Rama said to Lakshmana with dried up mouth:
Dharma includes truthful recognition of peril and human limitation, yet choosing responsible action rather than panic.
After Kabandha’s threats, Rāma turns to Lakṣmaṇa to respond, with the narration highlighting the intensity of the moment.
Composure under stress—Rāma acts and speaks even while physically strained.
