गोदावरीतटे सीतान्वेषणम्

ज्ञातिपक्षविहीनस्य राजपुत्रीमपश्यतः।।।।मन्ये दीर्घा भविष्यन्ति रात्रयो मम जाग्रतः।
jñātipakṣavihīnasya rājaputrīm apaśyataḥ | manye dīrghā bhaviṣyanti rātrayo mama jāgrataḥ ||
เมื่อห่างไกลจากญาติพี่น้อง และมิได้เห็นพระธิดากษัตริย์ ข้าพเจ้าคิดว่าในยามตื่นเฝ้าอยู่ ราตรีทั้งหลายจักยืดยาวนักสำหรับข้าพเจ้า
