O Ravana, even if you stand invulnerable to gods and demons, you will not come out alive in the combat with Rama with whom you have earned great enmity.
Dharma teaches accountability: deliberately creating grave hostility against a righteous protector (Rāma) leads to inevitable consequences; power or “invulnerability” cannot cancel moral causality.
Marīca cautions Rāvaṇa against initiating conflict with Rāma, warning that the enmity Rāvaṇa has created will end in his death.
Prudence and truth-speaking counsel (hitavacana): Marīca attempts to restrain wrongful action by warning of its outcome.
