सीताया रावणनिन्दा — अशोकवनिकाप्रवेशः

य एते राक्षसाः प्रोक्ता घोररूपा महाबलाः।राघवे निर्विषास्सर्वे सुपर्णे पन्नगा यथा।।।।

ya ete rākṣasāḥ proktā ghorarūpā mahābalāḥ |

rāghave nirviṣāḥ sarve suparṇe pannagā yathā ||

เหล่ารากษสที่ท่านกล่าวถึงนั้น รูปโฉมดุร้ายและมีกำลังยิ่งใหญ่ แต่เมื่ออยู่ต่อหน้าราฆวะแล้ว ล้วนสิ้นพิษสิ้นฤทธิ์ ดุจพญานาคไร้พิษเมื่ออยู่ต่อหน้าสุปัรณะ (ครุฑ)
