upacāreṇa yuktaṃ ca vaktavyo vasudhādhipaḥ ||

Translation

พระมหากษัตริย์ผู้ครองแผ่นดินพึงได้รับการกราบทูลด้วยถ้อยคำที่ไม่เป็นปฏิปักษ์ กล่าวอย่างอ่อนโยน มุ่งประโยชน์และสิริมงคล และประกอบด้วยมรรยาทอันสมควร
