विराधवधः

The Slaying (Burial) of Viradha

तदेव रामेण निशम्य भाषितं कृता मतिस्तस्य बिलप्रवेशने।बिलं च रामेणातिबलेन रक्षसा प्रवेश्यमानेन वनं विनादितम्।।।।

tad eva rāmeṇa niśamya bhāṣitaṃ kṛtā matis tasya bila-praveśane | bilaṃ ca rāmeṇātibalena rakṣasā praveśyamānena vanaṃ vināditam ||

ครั้นได้สดับถ้อยคำนั้น พระรามจึงทรงตัดสินพระทัยจะส่งเขาลงสู่หลุม และเมื่อพระรามผู้ทรงพละกำลังยิ่งใหญ่บังคับรากษสะผู้แข็งแรงยิ่งให้ลงไป ป่าทั้งผืนก็ก้องกังวานด้วยเสียงร้องของเขา
