न नूनं बुध्यसे रामं महावीर्यं गुणोन्नतम्।अयुक्तचारश्चपलो महेन्द्रवरुणोपमम्।।।।

na nūnaṃ budhyase rāmaṃ mahāvīryaṃ guṇonnatam |

ayuktacāraś capalo mahendravaruṇopamam ||

แท้จริงท่านยังมิได้รู้จักพระราม—ผู้ทรงเดชานุภาพยิ่งและทรงคุณธรรมสูงส่ง เปรียบดังพระอินทร์และพระวรุณ—ท่านใจคะนองและประมาทในการสืบข่าว จึงไม่อาจหยั่งรู้พระองค์ได้
