उत्पातदर्शनं खरसैन्यसमागमश्च
Omens of calamity and the approach of Khara’s army
सम्प्रहारस्तु सुमहान्भविष्यति न संशयः।अयमाख्याति मे बाहुस्स्फुरमाणो मुहुर्मुहुः।।।।सन्निकर्षे तु न श्शूर जयं शत्रोः पराजयम्।सप्रभं च प्रसन्नं च तव वक्त्रं हि लक्ष्यते।।।।
samprahāras tu sumahān bhaviṣyati na saṃśayaḥ |
ayam ākhyāti me bāhuḥ sphuramāṇo muhur muhuḥ ||
sannikarṣe tu naḥ śūra jayaṃ śatroḥ parājayam |
saprabhaṃ ca prasannaṃ ca tava vaktraṃ hi lakṣyate ||
ศึกใหญ่ยิ่งและร้ายแรงจักบังเกิดแน่—หาใช่มีข้อสงสัยไม่ แขนของข้าพเจ้าสั่นระริกซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า บอกเหตุล่วงหน้า กระนั้น โอ้ผู้กล้า นิมิตนั้นยังชี้ถึงชัยชนะของเราและความพ่ายแพ้ของศัตรู เพราะใบหน้าของท่านปรากฏทั้งเรืองรองและสงบผ่องใส
