प्राक्कूलान्पर्युपासीत पवित्रैश्चैव पावकः । प्राणायामैस्त्रिभिः पूतस्ततोंकारमर्हति

prākkūlānparyupāsīta pavitraiścaiva pāvakaḥ | prāṇāyāmaistribhiḥ pūtastatoṃkāramarhati

เมื่อหันหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันออก พึงนั่งบูชาด้วยความเคารพบนหญ้ากุศะอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์; ครั้นชำระด้วยปราณายามะสามครั้งแล้ว จึงสมควรเปล่งพยางค์ “โอม”
