कृतोपवीतो देवेभ्यो निवीती च भवेत्ततः । मनुष्यांस्तर्पयेद्भक्त्या ऋषिपुत्रानृषींस्तथा

kṛtopavīto devebhyo nivītī ca bhavettataḥ | manuṣyāṃstarpayedbhaktyā ṛṣiputrānṛṣīṃstathā

เมื่อจัดยัชโญปวีต (สายสิญจน์ศักดิ์สิทธิ์) ให้ถูกต้องเพื่อบูชาเทพแล้ว ต่อจากนั้นพึงนุ่งห่มในแบบนิวีตี แล้วจึงด้วยศรัทธาถวายตัรปณะให้แก่มนุษย์ ทั้งแก่บุตรแห่งฤๅษีและเหล่าฤๅษีด้วย
