Concept: One’s form and experience correspond to one’s actions; karma shapes embodiment and lived results without exception.

Application: Choose actions as if you will live inside their consequences: truthfulness, non-harm, charity, and vrata-niyama; avoid impulsive deeds that harden into future suffering.

Primary Rasa: shanta

Secondary Rasa: karuna

Visual Art Cues: {"scene_description":"A teacher points to a mirror-like pond where reflections shift: a compassionate lesson that the ‘form’ one sees is shaped by one’s own deeds. Behind them, a subtle wheel motif (kāla/karma-cakra) appears in the clouds, suggesting inevitability without cruelty.","primary_figures":["Sage-teacher","disciple (vatsa)","personified Karma-cakra (symbolic)"],"setting":"Hermitage by a still pond with lotus pads, a small shrine to Viṣṇu in the background, and a path splitting into bright and shadowed directions.","lighting_mood":"golden dawn","color_palette":["lotus pink","pale gold","deep teal","ash white","forest green"],"tanjore_prompt":"Tanjore painting style: guru and disciple beside a lotus pond reflecting changing forms, a small Viṣṇu shrine with gold leaf arch, ornate karma-wheel motif in the sky; rich reds/greens, heavy gold embellishment, jewel-like highlights on water ripples and halos.","pahari_prompt":"Pahari miniature style: lyrical pond-side instruction scene with delicate lotus details, soft dawn gradients, a faint circular karma-wheel in the sky; refined faces, gentle gestures, cool greens and blues with pink accents.","kerala_mural_prompt":"Kerala mural style: bold outlined figures, stylized lotus pond, symbolic wheel behind them, warm yellow-red background fields, temple-wall composition with expressive eyes and patterned garments.","pichwai_prompt":"Pichwai cloth painting style: lotus pond dominates with intricate floral border; a small Viṣṇu icon at the side, peacocks and cows as auspicious witnesses; deep blue ground with gold and pink lotuses, karma-wheel motif woven into the border."}

Audio Atmosphere: {"recitation_mood":"devotional","suggested_raga":"Bhairavi","pace":"moderate-narrative","voice_tone":"authoritative","sound_elements":["soft mridanga pulse (distant)","temple bell","wind through leaves","water lapping","brief silence after key line"]}

Sandhi Resolution Notes: चैव = च + एव; परिभुज्यते is passive of परि+भुज्; रूपं (nom/acc n.sg) functions as subject with complement तादृशम्.

FAQs

It teaches karmic correspondence: one’s condition (including future form and lived experience) aligns with the nature of one’s actions.

Primarily a moral cause-and-effect principle: outcomes are congruent with deeds, whether pleasant or painful, rather than arbitrary reward or punishment.

Cultivate wholesome actions—truthfulness, compassion, restraint—because the quality of one’s future experiences is shaped by the quality of one’s present conduct.
