FAQs

It presents birth in a holy region as an auspicious outcome, framed here as assured through the speaker’s grace, implying spiritual merit and favorable destiny connected with sacred geography.

While the broader Purāṇic worldview includes karma, this verse foregrounds prasāda (grace): the speaker guarantees the result—rebirth of a king in a holy land—specifically “by my grace,” leaving “no doubt.”

The verse implies that righteous association (being “with attendants” in a sacred context) and seeking divine favor support auspicious outcomes; it encourages devotion, reverence for holy places, and trust in dharmic guidance.
