सरागेणेह मनसा सरागेणेह चक्षुषा । चिंतयेद्वीक्षयेद्वापि जननीं वा सुतामपि ॥ १२ ॥

sarāgeṇeha manasā sarāgeṇeha cakṣuṣā | ciṃtayedvīkṣayedvāpi jananīṃ vā sutāmapi || 12 ||

ในที่นี้ หากด้วยใจที่เจือด้วยราคะและด้วยสายตาที่เจือด้วยราคะ คนหนึ่งคิดถึงหรือแม้แต่มอง—แม้เป็นมารดาหรือบุตรสาวของตนเอง—ก็เป็นโทษ เพราะกามราคะทำให้ทัศนะมัวหมอง
