It identifies Avimukta as a specially protected sacred enclosure whose remembrance or association is said to confer deathlessness—pointing to Kāśī’s reputation as a mokṣa-giving tīrtha.
By praising Avimukta as ‘auspicious’ and mokṣa-bestowing at death, the verse supports tīrtha-centered devotion—reverence for the Lord’s sacred abode and faith in its liberating power.
It reflects Purāṇic tīrtha-vidhi (pilgrimage mapping via ‘āvaraṇa’/enclosures) rather than a Vedāṅga technical topic; the practical takeaway is understanding sacred geography used in Narada Purana rituals for Kāśī.
