It states that worship of the Supreme Lord (Parameśvara) on the Bhūtā tithi in the month of Caitra leads the devotee to the “supreme abode” (paramaṃ sthānam), emphasizing the salvific power of timely, calendrically prescribed devotion.
Bhakti is presented as direct worship (arcana/pūjā) of Parameśvara; the fruit is not merely worldly merit but attainment of the highest state, showing devotion as a liberation-oriented practice when performed with proper observance.
Kalpa and Jyotiṣa-oriented ritual timing is implied: the efficacy is tied to a specific lunar tithi (Bhūtā) and month (Caitra), reflecting the Vedāṅga concern with correct ritual procedure and sacred calendrics.
