अमृतैः पंचभिः स्नातं पुष्पवस्त्राद्यलंकृतम् । न कुर्याद्यो गदापाणिं तस्य श्राद्धमपार्थकम् ॥ ९४ ॥
amṛtaiḥ paṃcabhiḥ snātaṃ puṣpavastrādyalaṃkṛtam | na kuryādyo gadāpāṇiṃ tasya śrāddhamapārthakam || 94 ||
แม้จะสรงด้วยปัญจามฤตและประดับด้วยดอกไม้ผ้าอาภรณ์แล้ว หากไม่ถวายบูชาแด่คทาปาณี (พระวิษณุผู้ทรงคทา) ศราทธ์นั้นย่อมไร้ผล।
