विक्रीय दत्तं वैश्याभ्यां तच्चापि क्षयमागतम् । क्षेत्रधान्यादिकं यच्च सभांडं सपरिच्छदम् ॥ ६४ ॥

สิ่งใดที่ได้ขายและมอบให้แก่พ่อค้าไวศยะทั้งสองแล้ว สิ่งนั้นภายหลังก็เสื่อมสูญไป ไม่ว่าที่นา ธัญญาหาร และสิ่งอื่นใด ทั้งพร้อมภาชนะและเครื่องประกอบทั้งปวง (ย่อมอยู่ในกฎข้อนี้)
