Narrator (Purana narrative voice; within Uttara-Bhaga storytelling as relayed in the Narada Purana)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: karuna
It highlights dharmic boundaries in relationships—service (śuśrūṣā) is meaningful when properly directed and ethically framed; the verse shows decisive action following righteous counsel within a household narrative.
Indirectly, it supports bhakti by stressing disciplined conduct (niyama) and right association; orderly household ethics are presented as a foundation that protects one’s spiritual life and vows from confusion and impropriety.
Vyākaraṇa/usage nuance: śuśrūṣā denotes attentive, respectful service (not mere labor), and ācaret conveys prescriptive conduct—showing how Sanskrit verbal forms encode dharma-style injunctions.
