Transliteration

māsamātre gate tasminnimagne rajasi drutam | saṃśodhya pūjayettena gauḍī sā guḍayogataḥ || 14 ||

Translation

เมื่อครบหนึ่งเดือนและของนั้นจมลงสู่ตะกอนอย่างรวดเร็ว พึงกรองให้บริสุทธิ์โดยฉับไวแล้วนำไปประกอบพิธีบูชา; เครื่องปรุงนั้นเรียกว่า “คาวฑี (Gauḍī)” เพราะทำด้วยการผสมกากน้ำตาล (jaggery)
