The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala

साध्यर्क्षवृक्षसंचूर्णं त्र्यूषणं सर्षपं तिलम् । पिष्टं च साध्यपादोत्थरजसा च समन्वितम् ॥ १३५ ॥

sādhyarkṣavṛkṣasaṃcūrṇaṃ tryūṣaṇaṃ sarṣapaṃ tilam | piṣṭaṃ ca sādhyapādottharajasā ca samanvitam || 135 ||

พึงทำยาพอกโดยนำผงจากต้นสาธยรกษะ รวมกับตรีอุษณะ เมล็ดมัสตาร์ด และงา บดให้ละเอียด แล้วผสมด้วยธุลีจากเท้าของผู้ทรงธรรม
