Narada (teaching a technical ritual/nyasa method as received in the tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches a precise nyāsa-and-dhyāna step: installing a mantra-part on the nose and contemplating the all-pervading reality as intensely luminous, making the body a fit seat for mantra-power and focused awareness.
Though technical, it supports bhakti by giving a concrete way to internalize the deity/principle—through placement (nyāsa) and vivid contemplation—so devotion becomes embodied, steady, and one-pointed.
It reflects applied mantra-vidyā and ritual technique (nyāsa with specified body-locus and visualization), a practical discipline aligned with Vedic ancillary sciences used in worship and meditation procedures.
