उन्नमय्य मुखि तस्या इदमाह त्रिलोचनः । त्वदर्थं देवदेवेशि अपराधः कृतो मया ॥ १८५ ॥

เมื่อทรงยกพระพักตร์ของนางขึ้น พระผู้มีสามเนตรตรัสว่า “โอ้เทวีผู้เป็นจอมแห่งเทพทั้งปวง เพื่อพระองค์เอง ข้าพเจ้าได้กระทำความผิดแล้ว”
