चांद्रायण समं ज्ञेयं शम्भोर्नैवेद्यभक्षणम् । भुक्तिवेलेयमधुना तद्वैरस्यं कथांतरात् ॥ १६० ॥
cāṃdrāyaṇa samaṃ jñeyaṃ śambhornaivedyabhakṣaṇam | bhuktiveleyamadhunā tadvairasyaṃ kathāṃtarāt || 160 ||
จงรู้ว่า การฉันเครื่องบูชา (ไนเวทยะ) ที่ถวายแด่ศัมภู (พระศิวะ) เสมอด้วยการบำเพ็ญพรตจันทรายณะ แต่บัดนี้เป็นเวลาเสวย; ความขมขื่นแห่งเรื่องนั้นจักเล่าในกถาอื่นภายหลัง
