kaṭau meḍhre pāyupādasaṃdhiṣvarṇānnyasenmanoḥ | dhyānārcanādikaṃ cāsya pūrvavatsamupācaret || 96 ||

พึงทำนยาสะด้วยใจ วางพยางค์แห่งมนต์ไว้ที่เอว อวัยวะเพศ ทวารหนัก และข้อต่อของเท้า แล้วจึงปฏิบัติการภาวนา การบูชา และพิธีอื่น ๆ แด่พระองค์ตามที่กล่าวไว้ก่อนหน้านี้โดยครบถ้วน
