पञ्चषष्ट्यक्षरा मन्त्रा ज्ञेया वै शांतमानसाः । पञ्चषष्ट्यर्णमारभ्य नवनन्दाक्षरावधि ॥ ५३ ॥

pañcaṣaṣṭyakṣarā mantrā jñeyā vai śāṃtamānasāḥ | pañcaṣaṣṭyarṇamārabhya navanandākṣarāvadhi || 53 ||

ผู้มีจิตสงบพึงเข้าใจมนตร์ที่มีหกสิบห้าพยางค์—เริ่มจากเกณฑ์หกสิบห้าพยางค์ไปจนถึงขอบเขตที่เรียกว่า ‘นวะ‑นันทะ’
